I recently bought a used (private party) 2011 f150 king ranch with the 5.0 v8, have e all records from previous owner, truck runs great, passes emissions and has no codes. when the truck is warmed up to temperature it begins making a type writer tick/knock (very annoying) some days its loud and some days it quiet. I've read forums and everyone with the 5.0 seems like they have this problem and ford says its normal. I would like to know a fix to this problem if there is one. THANKS!!

Call a Ford dealer to see if there is a TSB for that.
