It is a 12V TTC 100 with 7 pins and there is no brand name on it. There is no diagram on it (even though I can't read it well). The pins say CL 31 IL P COM + INT. It controls the AC of my car. I checked the resistance of the pins and it seems to be out of range. I tried all the possible variations by passing electricity and there is no clicking noise.
You have left out some information.

When energized and no click sound, it is dead.

If there is another relay like it in the car just swap it and see if the ac works
