about to buy a toyota camry dx 1996 with the lexus engine with 110604 miles and im paying 1400$ is it a good or bad

"needs some job"? Tell me what that is - that could be a transmission replacement or the power windows squeak. Big difference.

So it has a replaced engine... needs some work, whatever that means... for $1400?
What are you going to use this car for? What do you want out of it? I personally wouldn't buy a car that cheap I would save at least a grand more and get a proper working car.
