I have a Acura TSX 04 with 150000 miles on the original engine and transmission and it stay run good am Wondering what tuneup will be good to keep it running Smoothly? Thanks you:)

Just do normal maintenance spark plugs filters you name it and when you do change the spark plugs be very careful because there's a lot of plastic wrap in the way they can easily crack on an old car

Just follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule to get the longest life possible out of it.
