So, I got a 2010 Acura TSX with a 153,680 miles on it. Is there anything that I should be concerned about at this moment in time? The only details I know is that the car is used and the previous owner seemed to use it as a daily with how worn it is on the interior.

Keep up with the maintenance. Examine the timing belts to see if they need to be replaced. Or look for documentation if they have been replaced recently.

make sure he did the timing belt and water pump
If you don't have any paperwork or if he doesn't remember see if you could inspect it or have mechanic look at the belt and see where it's holding
