- Hello from Massachusetts Scotty, I own a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and I’m getting a P06DE my mechanic has change the Oil pressure sensor and the Dual stage Oil pump and the code is still there, what else can it be? The car runs good but inspection time is near and It won’t pass.

Apparently there are quite a few jeep owners with the same issue according to numerous jeep forums.
If the code was cleared by your mechanic, and if you are using the correct oil filter the following youtube video has some suggestions if you read through the threads:
How to replace a OIL Pump and turn off a oil light, P06DD P0522 P06DE. Check engine light on. 3.6 V6
Your mechanic should be using a dealer level type scan tool, so he should be able to figure it out. (and not charge you extra)
If not, perhaps you should try someone else.
