I'm having issues with my 2013 Ford fiesta automatic with almost 300km was doing deliveries then my car didn't go into reverse towed it to my buddys shop they changed a relay then 3 days after I got it back I'm having rank issues its jumping forward at a complete stop hesitation picking up speed grinds and get transmission and engine warnings on the stereo

Well, unfortunately it sounds like the old transmission is going out which is typical on those things. Many times guys don't know how to fix those things correctly and they will have to be replaced with a factory unit
