I have a 2007 saturn ion 2.2. It will not turn over. I put the key in and all the lights are strong but nothing happens when I turn the key. The code U1300 is showing when I hook up to it an pwr str on the dash. I've replaced the battery, starter and alternator. I've tried to run through the steps of relearning the codes from the pass lock bc i was told that they thought thatcwas the problem but that doesn't work.. any thoughts would be appreciated

Everybody has ran a cross a no crank issue. But it can have many different causes which you need to diagnose.
