Hey so iv got the toyota corolla 2e new spec rxi shape 2000 model my car engine had a problem and car wasn't running for few months but then when the car was fixed the immobilizer wasn't working the stick. So a auto mechanic said sometimes when the car is without power for too long then the immobilizer don't recognize the immobilizer stick and ecu should be reset then it would work now I would just like to know how do I go about that seeing carburetor cars don't have a obd plug in. How can I fix this without bypassing this original immobilizer
What country are you in? In the U.S. a 2000 Corolla most definitely has fuel injection, not a carb, as well as an OBD2 diagnostic port.

Yeah, if it's a 2000 and it's a carburetor and it's definitely not in the United States. I don't know what type of immobilizer systems those things use to tell you the truth. But if it's just a chip and the key, any locksmith should be able to fix it
