What is the odometer reading on your vehicle?  You say you are getting 20 mpg - when did you start noticing this?  What were you getting before?

If you truly have been noticing a drop over time, then see below for some things to look at (including making sure your tire air pressure when cold matches what is called out on your door jamb placard):

If you do mostly city driving, that’s a normal mpg.

It might be same model but did you check if it was a hybrid trim? Or even a XSE compared to an LE. Negligible gain but whatever. Also drive like a grandma would if you want the best gas mileage. Don't go over 70 on highway and try to avoid city driving for best milage. Good way to think about it is that for EV they get better mpg in city while naturally aspirated cars are the complete opposite

I'd also add, when the light turns green, accelerate smoothly. No jackrabbit starts.

put some fuel system cleaner in the gas tank .

keep your tires aired up

drive like a little old lady

keep the windows closed

make sure your air filter is clean
