In one video Scotty mentions an additive that will keep your vehicle 🚗 going long term. I don’t remember the name

There is no such "additive". The only thing that will keep your vehicle going long term is to buy a car that has minimal inherent problems and maintain it properly. (Mine has been going for 28 years and 375,000 miles with no additives used. How long a "long term" do you want?)
