Do you have an opinion on Archoil products? Their gas, diesel and oil treatments claim to be nano technology. I've used their gas treatment and oil additives for about 8 years now and am happy. Thank you!
"Nano technology" is a marketing buzzword. To determine whether Archoil products are really any better than those of the major oil companies (which have invested millions of dollars in research, development, and testing of their products over decades of time) would require controlled tests against those products and analysis of the results.
A quick search finds only testimonials rather than meaningful tests against the leading brands.
Not worth the extra money in my opinion.
You don’t need any gas and oil treatments if you maintain your vehicle properly and will save money in the process: regarding gasoline just go to any gas station that is Top Tier and regarding engine oil change engine oil every 5,000 miles or once a year (whichever comes first) with oil that meets the specifications in your vehicles owner’s manual.
Don’t fall for the hype. The maintenance I specified above along with choosing the right car in the first place go a long way.
I wouldn't know. I don't use any of those, and I've never had a car fail from lack of fuel or oil treatment.

Ahh yes..
it's a really stupid term that impresses people who don't know what nano means.
By definition, any technology that deals with molecules is "nano technology". Like my high school chemistry experiments.
