We don't have magic crystal balls here. You neglected to mention the car's mileage. What maintenance has been done, if any? If that's a JATCO CVT and it has high mileage, it's probably worn out. JATCO CVTs are a crapshoot.

Most likely a new transmission. You would need a transmission expert to do hands-on diagnosis to confirm that.
