Hey Scotty hope the moving is going well ! What do you think about the infiniti m35x 2010 ? Ilove the car but its reaching 160000 km and no problème so far.
I would love o have that car. Infiniti fortunately didn't go the CVT route during those years.
However, the 7 speed may have been, what Scotty terms, a cheap JATCO transmission(owned by Nissan and makes the cheap CVT trans that they use), so reliability may be an issue. Maybe cruise an infiniti forum to see if people are having problems with it.

why do you want to change it if you like it and you have no problems?
I am not sure you can get a ton of monet with that mileage.
Change the fluids regularly and keep enjoy it without putting too much if start breaking down.
