Hi I have Infiniti q60s (g37s) coupe 2014,6 MT,28k Miles ,when I go on highway speeds gear stick Is shaking and on low speeds I notice vibration inside the car more then before specially on lower rpm,can this be transmission mount or motor mount ?

It could be an issue with the mounts. A bit surprised it would happen at such low mileage but you may as well start there. Always check the simple things first.
