Hello Scotty,

I want soundprofing Infiniti QX70, 2014, 3.7 front bonnet.. I have only genuine black cover from producer. First layer will be vibro deadening, second sound absorbing, last genuine black cover. It could have worst impact on cooling system?

I hope it will be less noise.

Yes, it does since you block the air flow to the radiator and cooling fans.

Thanks, just for sure front grill stay open than before so anyway probably could be worst for radiator and cool.fans cause above engine will be vibro deadening and plate of sound absorbing.
