Is there one fuel injector cleaner that is added to the gas tank that works better than all the rest?

I don't know if it is better than others but the BG cleaner is a good one.

Good old STP for me. It's pretty much a preference thing though.

I would have bought that Gumout stuff on a regular basis because I've got an early Lexus IS220 2006 diesel with (only) an EGR valve. I clean it on a regular basis, but I expect there's plenty of crap going in there.
But they don't sell Gumout here in the UK. Tried Amazon, their own site. Maybe there wan't a market for it.
