Scotty: I have Innova 5610 scanner. 2008 Toyota Highlander hybrid AWD 298, 546 miles, automatic. Need ABS bleed function to work in scanner. I'm stranded. Company says this function should work on my scanner, but scanner when plugged into OBD2 port says this function not available for this model car. Innova offers no help. Just says it should work. HELP please..

Have you installed all available updates for your scan tool?

If you are relying on their website's compatibility tool/coverage checker then it might not support that specific function on your particular car, even if the checker says it does. Many scan tool websites claim compatibility that doesn't pan out.. If you contacted Innova support directly by phone and you spoke directly to a support staffer who stated "it should work", then it should.Company says this function should work on my scanner
