The instruments in our Opel Corsa B is acting strange, turn signals, the coolant gauge, fuel level, tachometer and speedometer don't show anything, no blown fuses, plus the instruments would come back but then go off

The guage cluster is faulty. You either need to repair it or get one from junkyard and replace it.
