I first got a P2015 intake runner control code indicating that the flaps in the intake were out of range. I replaced the intake runner solenoid and the problem went away for the past 3 months. Now getting a P2004 and P2006 codes, along with a P2015 code. I believe the flaps are getting stuck in the open and/or closed position. Is there a way to clean the intake flaps without resorting to removing and cleaning or replacing the intake manifold?

You can try to spray stuff in the intake air intake part but for my experience those plastic crappers just kind of warp and they have to be replaced eventually
