In theory it should, if the car was maintained adequately and has nothing wrong with it right now, check the regular wear and tear items; brakes, ball joints, bushings, end links for the anti roll bars. If it's in a part of the country where they salt the roads heavily check for rust.

The 4cyl in those cars are pretty bullet proof as well as most of the electronics.

Also depends how many miles you're intending on putting on it in those 4 years.

It all depends on how well it was taken car of before. If the transmission shifts smoothly and you do normal maintenance than it should last a long time. Just make sure to take it to a trusted mechanic and have them check it out and tell you if it looks good.
