I currently have a 2015 charger v6 with 39000 miles and I'm looking at a 2012 hyundai equus with 32000 miles do you think I should trade in my charger on the equus

Only if you want to keep the car till 100k miles. The charger may last longer if you take care of it.

I would recommend you keep the charger it will probably last longer.
