Hello Scotty, I'm in Houston and am also thinking of moving to TN. My question is. I bought a new 2017 Civic Si sedan in Oct 17. Fun car had decent amount of zip for what it was, fast forward to Feb 2020. I had a truck but wanted a gas sipper again. I liked my 17Si so much that I wanted to get another on so I got the same sedan Si in a 2020. I have to say that I think it is very noticeable that the 2020 does not have the same zip, steering or acceleration of the 2017. I am now thinking of buying a tuner chip to change the computers settings. Your thoughts?

I don’t think messing with the car computers is a good idea unless it is done by a pro.
