I currently own a 2001 Honda Civic Gx with 200k miles (automatic). Im planning to upgrade to a 2012 Honda Civic in about a year. I dont drive around far and I have a cng station about 6 miles from where I live. Should I buy the cng model, or is a regular gas model better? Is there any differences in reliability?

I would stick to the regular (tried and true) gas model esp. if you plan to keep for a long time. With the CNG a big drawback is you’ll generally pay more upfront for the vehicle and also lack of refueling stations. Yes there is one near you, but if you travel it can become an inconvenience. If you still decide to get I’d only lease one.

I guarantee it will give you more problems. Stick to what's well established.
