Scotty,
We own a 2005 Toyota Sequoia with nearly 155,000 miles. When changing the oil, do you think it is worth it with the age and milage of the car to start putting in Full Synthetic Oil or is it better to just to stick to conventional oil?

I would stick to conventional. Switching to synthetic can potentially create leaks as it is much thinner oil and can find it's way past any worn seals/gaskets.
