Is Ford Focus duratec engine 2.0 4cl sedan Europe a good car??? I fixed the catalyser converter when I bought it I replaced it for a new one and suspension is still an issue is it a good car??? Runs smooth and it’s pretty good engine n motor
Yes am sorry it’s a 2009 automatic Ford Focus Europe ambient duratec he with 153 k is it a good car??? It’s still in semi new inside and the engine is running well no noise and transmission is healthy
The 2.0L Duratec HE (the models that are naturally aspirated, no Ti-VCT, no GDi, ...) is a good engine,
it was used both by Volvo and Mazda in sports coupes (C30 and the MX-5 Miata).
The rest depends on the exact car, a lot of Ford products had bad trannies, you don't give much clues as to what you have (6 speed dual? 4 speed automatic? manual?)...
I do not know what year and milage your car is, but Ford products tend to become nightmares after 150k miles.
Generally, with old Ford products - Longevity is usually significantly above average by Euro standards, reliability is slightly above average by euro standards for the type, age and price.
It’s a duratec 2.0 2009 ambient Europe sedan version 4 cilinder Ford Focus it seems to be smooth I changed transmission oil with motorcraft and engine as well it’s working fine just needs suspension work what do u think is it a good car???
if it's not a DCT, low millage, and cheap - yeah, they're ok.
