I have a 1997 ford expedition and my valves bent. It has 170k miles on it. I have a 2002 ford expedition with 295k miles as a parts truck wondering if it's a good idea use the ones with 295k miles on it the cylinder heads are good on that one

I doubt that the head is flat as is for re-use. Also the valve seals are so old that they will probably burn a lot of oil. I would clean and re-lap the valves/valve seats, replace valve seals, and remove carbon deposit. Take the head to a machine shop if the head does not meet the flatness specification.
Suspect there are other issues with that engine that resulted in the bent valves.
Good advice. Have the heads rebuilt. Then you KNOW they are good.
