Looking to get a 2500 RAM with the turbo diesel, 6.7L Cummings with a manual transmission. Even the 2012s with over 150k miles on it is still more than 50k. Are they that good of trucks?

6.7 Cummins is one of the best motors out there.
paired with a manual you have a deadly combination.
be prepared to replace everything that’s wrapped around the motor and transmission. Once you do with quality parts you will have a solid truck.

My uncle had a 07 6.7 Cummins and and a 93 5.9 Cummins truck. He took care of those trucks and he loved them both. They can be good trucks as long as you take care of them.
