Scotty, I got a ford Escape 2012 with a 2.5 L 4 cylinder engine AWD that averages 6 litres per 100 kilometres of fuel it has about 310000 km on the clock. Still running perfectly fine. regular oil changes every 7000 km 5W30 full synthetic. Is it ok to use BG oil treatment for the engine at this mileage?

The vast majority of oil additives are "snake oil", useless for anything except emptying your wallet. Just use a high quality engine oil.
