Hey Scotty,
I have a 2008 Honda Fit automatic with 133k miles. The car runs great, and I baby it all the time, although I don’t think it had a valve adjustment yet. Do you think it’s time to adjust the valves considering the mileage of the car?

Don't take my claim till you got a lot of opinions. You definitely need to do with that kind of mileage. I remembered Scotty said adjust it every 120,000 miles.

Yes . I would say you should adjust every 100000. You manual may have a different millage suggestion. There is no way you should have gone the millage you have.
