Hello! Huge fan of the YouTube channel and Toyota fan club as well. I Purchased my 2015 Lexus GS350 f-Sport RWD w/8SPD trans, about 2 years ago. I have had zero problems with the vehicle. The only thing that I have noticed is that when driving, I feel as if the gears just don’t shift as gently and or softly as they did when I bought it roughly 2 years ago. I know the car will have wear and tear over time and what not. Purchased with 52,608 miles and Currently at 101,XXX . Is it to late to flush the trans fluid out, or just baby it until the time comes for replacement, hopefully at 300,000 miles or so. Thank you as all ways!
You are way past the recommended mileage for a trans fluid change. Just drain and refill with correct fluid and hope it hasn't been damaged. You're supposed to change it approximately every 30-40K miles, with a new filter.
On those, you should still be OK to change out. I would drain and fill (not flush). From this point onward, be sure to drain and fill every 40,000 miles (max).
You are definitely over as @Doc said.
I think you'd be ok with a drain and fill, no flush, and then strictly stick to drain and fill every 40k miles.
