Looking to buying a used 2000 F-250 7.3 power stroke manual ZF-6 speed from a private seller. Has had 6 owners I’ll be the 7th😂. 277K miles. Spent whole life in dry climate little to no rust.
original engine and transmission. Asking price was 12G originally but now down around 10G. Not a big gear head but I can learn. I’m looking to put much over 2G’s into replacement parts.
Seller says he’s a mech and that everything runs fine except cold starts he says he usually plugs it in, he’s putting in new glow plugs but I’m worried it might be the injectors I believe they are still the original factory ones.
is it worth it?

Haha yeah it’s just a bit younger than myself, I guess I’m mainly just considering it for the manual transmission but idk if it’s that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things.
