Hey Scotty I have a 2006 Infiniti g35 automatic with a head gasket leak. and my exhaust rattles but goes away just need advice on weather the head gasket is worth replacing or will it just be a money pit and what do you think could be the problem with the exhaust
Mileage?

What’s the condition of the transmission?
Still, at that age, I’d say it’s time to move on.
For the exhaust rattling, check for leaks, loose bolts, heat shields, etc.

Try head gasket sealer first and pray it works. For the rattle, lift the car and look for loose connections,.. Also, whack the catalytic converter to see if the noise if from there or not.
