2004 GMC Sierra with 374K miles. Original engine.
I've been getting loud lifter noise during my morning start ups. Noise eventually goes away. I switched to full synthetic oil n added Rislone Engine Treatment. Noise went away after 3 days. Should I keep the Rislone in engine and continue using it as part of oil changes or should I drain the oil n replace w only oil? My concern is that the Rislone might damage my seals n cause an oil leak.

Your concern is valid. I would change the oil and filter and just use the correct oil.
