Is the 2005 Toyota Camry xle- VVT-i V6 24 valve with 114,183 miles, one owner,62service records worth $8993 at a dealership? Where do you find the OBD11?

A 17-year-old Camry for nearly $9000? I think not. (What kind of dealer is it that has such old cars on their lot? "Buy Here/Pay Here" joint?)
