  1. Hey! I'm Miranda from VA, I am now in the USA and new to the car market here, so I'm looking for a tacoma and I find this 2016 Toyota TacomaSR with 114k miles for $15500 Is the price right for this car, any tip for buyers without experience?

Unfortunately you have to pay through the nose for Tacomas.

I'm down to about $8,000 cuz it's been in a car accident and it's been commercial

With the damage it should not be worth that at all. Bring the price down at least a quarter, even that is kind of high though.

Here in California 2005 models with 200k miles go for 15k

That is what they go for...

Anyways I would definitely pass because the transmissions on those were very weak and its been through commerical use

The 2016 tacomas were way worse than the 2nd and 1st gens and do not stand by their original 5 star, unbeatable reliability. They are now only as good as ford rangers, but still kept their insane resale value. They are also the base model with the tiny, 159hp I4 engine and were beaten up from commercial use. I'm sorry, but the price is just too high. Maybe 12,000-13,000 would be a more purchase price. Remember that their quality is not as it used to be and is just a mediocre basic, slow truck with high mileage that you are buying. Scotty's son has the same truck.
