1. Have a mechanic check it out.
2. Make sure to inspect the underbody and the frame. It was last owned in Ohio so salt damage and rust is a possibility. If there is any, walk away.
The automatic transmission tend to be weak on those I'd check the Toyota/Hondas Common Problems list we have in the FAQ page, which includes this car.
If you do want to look into it, have a mechanic do an inspection on it. Other than that Accords are pretty solid built cars. The price is OK, Edmunds puts the trade in value around $1800 and dealer retail around $3500.
