looking at the past year of ownership, I get suspicious. It looks like nobody wants this car.
It's 20 years old, which isn't great. Mileage is ok. No reported wrecks. Price is a bit high. It might be ok if you test drive it and have it inspected.

Call me crazy, but I would think $2000 would be a good price for it if it checks out mechanically. That price just seems high.
It is almost old enough to drink so a mechanic inspection is a must.
my only concern is the transmission the report says its been replaced

The transmissions are weak and the price is ridiculous pass
Also the transmission was replaced in 2006, and the second owner didn't take care of a manufacturer recall.
