I wouldn't say its the best. The triton v8 is known for blowing spark plugs out of the head and blowing head gaskets. But realistically they last 250k miles just fine usually with no issues. Make sure you get it checked out by a private mechanic before you buy it.

It does not display anything to me. What vehicle are you mean?

a 2001 f150 lariat

Maybe this site can give you more insight of its reliability

2001 F-150 had 2 engines that year, 4.6L and 5.4L, both SOHC 2-valve and both were very reliable when properly maintained.

The 2001 version of the 5.4L was what Ford called "Performance Improved" for the premium F-150's, rated at 260 HP versus 235 HP for the 97-98 vehicles.

(When you get into the 2004-2008 3-valve versions is where spark plugs pop out of heads, and head gasket issues come to the surface. Terrible engines.)

Drivetrain was heavy duty, body and chassis used a lot more steel and a lot less plastic when compared to the 04 and later vehicles, and were generally considered workhorses.

The referenced example has rather low miles, interior a little shabby, and a few bumps/bruises on the exterior, but it's 20 years old, so not so bad considering.

I might be wrong, but the tires on the vehicle seem undersized (but I couldn't make out the size callout to be sure).

The price seems too high for my region, the region in which the dealership exists may have higher prices ?

I would definitely get a professional inspection, especially for rust.

If it checks-out, and with routine maintenance, these things can routinely go 250K-300K miles and more.

Low miles but way too old to be paying 8k for it.  I wouldn't buy a car that old for a daily.
