I recently got a new 2021 corolla and already put 25k on it. I take it to a place called take 5 cause I travel alot and don't have the space to carry an extra jack stand change oil my self. They said my coolant was a bit low and added their own coolant. Is that ok?

1. Why is it low on coolant? Is there a leak?

2. If it's the same type I wouldn't worry about it too much. "Only use “Toyota Super Long Life Coolant” or a similar high quality ethylene glycol based non-silicate, non-amine, non-nitrite, and non-borate coolant with long-life hybrid organic acid technology." If the coolant they used fits the description found in the owners manual, relax. If it doesn't, well, have them change it. I've heard bad stuff from mixing coolants with different formulas.

Toyota coolant is HOAT (Hybrid Organic Additive Technology) , if what they added is not a HOAT coolant then you may have a problem mixing incompatible types of coolant
