Oh yah! It literally gathers metal dust from dirty oil and puts it back into the engine block. You just keep feeding it dirty oil, and draining the clean oil out.
Save your hard earned money towards maintenance. Pick the right vehicle and powertrain combo in the first place, stay on top of the maintenance, don’t thrash your vehicle around - advice that has stood the test of time unlike this snake oil nonsense.
