Bought a 2018 Tacoma sr used in 2021 for a ...well a dunno deal.. Said I would think about getting it Ziebarted and was all ready done next day. Any who I needed a truck my 2016 Silverado had 12k worth of extend warranty work and still won't get me to work. The Toyota is certified but comes up with a minor accident damage at 3 points. Should I be concerned? My thing is a truck with Ziebart after 2.5 years? is going to make rust on the frame and under body worse? I live in central NY.

No, to my knowledge Ziebart's formula is not rubberized.
I have used Ziebart on numerous vehicles with great results. However, they were sprayed when they were brand new with zero rust. It's sprayed on warm, and the consistency is black tar that hardens up after a few days. I do think that Ziebart over rust is a bad idea, it will encapsulate the rust. The formula to my knowledge is not designed to stop existing rust.
Thats what I’m talking about. As it ages it traps dirt and moisture underneath. Horrible.
I have no personal experience with it, and generally a dim view of warranties - but supposedly Ziebart undercoating on a new vehicle has a 10 year transferable warranty. Did you get any paperwork on this? (If not, could actually be a Brand X job)

Back in the 70's in Chicago, it was a common thing to do to a NEW car.
Putting on a 2 year old one that already has some rust on it, however minor, in my opinion, may trap it in and that ain't good.
Back in those days, two shops to remember were Ziebart and Earl Schieb. { I'll paint any car, any color for $39.95}
I have used Ziebart many times, however the vehicles were brand new when they were sprayed.
In the 1980s AMC Ziebarted their cars at the factory.
