Scotty, I am big fan have watched most of your videos.
I have a Lexus LS500 that has 30,000 miles on it, and saw that the inner side of all 4 tires of my Lexus were worn. And I started doing my research and found out that it is a common problem. Lexus also told me it's common on that model. Kindly research it and make a video of it.

Yes they age. Things wear out. Stop by getting to a good friend and alignment shop. See if they can realign anything and see if you need struts or control arm. Bushings
