I have a 2006 Ford Mustang v6 automatic. Car has 216,000 miles but recently put a 2010 motor in with 114,00 miles. After I dropped the motor in it was running fine for about 2 months. I’m having an issue with my throttle response. When I press the gas pedal nothing happens. So I’m not getting ANY throttle at ALL! I’ve changed the throttle body, acceleration pedal, and throttle position sensor. What could be the problem?

throwing parts at a problem is a waste of money and as you can see doesn't fix anything.
Hook up a scan tool and diagnose the problem properly.
It's also very possible that 4 years newer motor works differently.
