It looks like antifreeze in power steering pump and power steering leaks. Also seeing antifreeze on top of power steering cap.
mechanic changed heater hoses and radiator fan prior to power steering leaks.

I would assume the guy screwed up because really there's no way power steering and antifreeze will mix in the car. So somehow whatever he did there's antifreeze. Maybe he spilled it all over the place. I don't know. Clean all the old stuff off then have the cooling system pressure tested to see where the leak is actually coming from
