I use ramps in order to change the oil but I don't like driving ups them. Can I just Jack the front of the car and the put the ramps under the front tires and lower onto the ramp? I don't mind going down them.

That’s actually a trick one of my friend uses to change his oil. Go for it since you have a Jack.
