Hi Scotty, I have a honda civic can I use the Jack that came with car to raise car under engine in center?

Nope. I wouldn’t risk it.
The standard jack can barely lift the car safely at the hoisting points, let alone jacking the engine.
Buy a dedicated jack & jack stands designed for such use.
You don’t want the car slipping/falling off the factory jack.

Vanish that silly thought! Get all the right equipment, instead::… proper jack, genuine safety stands. Do it right, … or don’t to it at all! Period.
