89 Jeep Wrangler won’t start despite new battery, wiring & starter

My 89 Jeep Wrangler won’t start. Changed the battery, starter, and put new battery cables.The ground is good checked the fuses. Was thinking it is the ignition switch .Also the heater fan won’t turn on. Thx

Have you tried jump starting it? Anyway, for the starting problem -

For the no heat, you probably need a new blower motor/fuse/relay -

Assuming it cranks over but is not starting, have you tried some starting fluid? Spray some in the air intake. If it briefly fires up you have a fuel delivery problem. If it doesn't try to run you have no spark. Seeing as how that Jeep is over 30 years old the blower motor may well be shot. Test the motor by wiring it directly to 12 volts.
