It has 160k miles and there asking for 16k$$ from a small dealer. what should I be concerned about in repairs coming?

Almost everything. Forget buying that car.

Way too much. That is the near-end of the engine and transmission.

You should be concerned about getting ripped off on car purchases. That is way overpriced as in like double or triple the real value and in 2009 Fiat took over part of Chrysler and the quality fell down. I would look for a different car. If you want a Jeep, consider one from the late 90's.
