Hi,
I've heard a lot of bad things about the Compass model since the Fusion Fiat-Chrysler back in 2014.
Was it any different before? I really appreciate the look and was wondering if it was worth searching for 2013 models?
Any help would be much appreciated.

They're bad news. If you really want a Jeep you'd be better off with an old one that has the inline six cylinder engine. (Despite the problems brought on by age at least you'd have a fighting chance.)
